QUOTATION AND ORDER POLICY

1. OEC quotations are valid for 14 days (includes weekends) unless otherwise specified.

2. If you are a first-time OEC customer and require a product which OEC does not have in stock and cannot locate the same day, OEC will order the product at your instruction.  However, OEC will only order the product after you pay 15% of the quoted price of the non-stocked product.

3. If OEC has to order non-stocked product for you (see #2 above), you have until 30 days after OEC places the order to obtain and pay for your product. If you do not pay for and remove your items from OEC's stock within this time period, you will forfeit your advance payment retainer, and the product will be available for other customers to purchase.

This change in policy is due to potential customers who placed orders with OEC for non-stocked items but never claimed and paid for them.
