COMPLETE KITS FOR FORD, GM, DODGE DIESEL ENGINES

Combines full-flow and bypass filtration on a single, easy-to-install mount.  AMSOIL EaBP Bypass Oil Filters have an efficiency of 98.7 percent at two microns and dramatically extend engine oil drain intervals when used in conjunction with AMSOIL synthetic oil and AMSOIL Ea full-flow oil filters.

The Ea Bypass Oil Filter (EaBP) provides the best possible filtration protection against engine wear and oil degradation.  Working in conjunction with the engine's full-flow oil filter, the bypass filter operates by filtering oil on a "partial-flow" basis.  It draws approximately 10 percent of the oil pump's capacity at any one time and traps the extremely small, wear-causing contaminants that full-flow filters cannot remove.  The bypass filter typically filters all the oil in the system several times an hour, so the engine continuously receives analytically clean oil.

FORD 7.3L DIESEL KIT -- BMK26
Includes the following components: dual filter mount assembly with mounting brackets and hardware, 90 degree JIC fitting, 12 feet of 1/2" I.D. hydraulic hose, 4 inline hose fittings, spin-on adapter for factory oil filter location, full-flow oil filter (EaO26), bypass oil filter (EaBP100).  Total  oil capacity is increased by approximately 3.5 quarts over the factory sump capacity without the factory filter.  Additional fittings and an oil sampling valve are available separately.  AMSOIL synthetic diesel oil is highly recommended.

FORD 6.7L DIESEL KIT -- BMK28
Includes the following components: dual filter mount assembly with mounting brackets and hardware, 90 degree JIC fitting, 12 feet of 1/2" I.D. hydraulic hose, 4 inline hose fittings, spin-on adapter for factory oil filter location, full-flow oil filter (EaO26), bypass oil filter (EaBP100).  Total  oil capacity is increased by approximately 3.5 quarts over the factory sump capacity without the factory filter.  Additional fittings and an oil sampling valve are available separately.  AMSOIL synthetic diesel oil is highly recommended.

FORD 6.0L / 6.4L DIESEL KIT -- BMK21
Includes the following components: single bypass filter mount with hardware, 8 feet of 1/4" I.D. hydraulic hose, 4 inline hose fittings, 90 degree street elbows (qty. 4), one street tee, one straight tee.  Bypass filter element must be purchased separately (EaBP90, EaBP100, or EaBP110).  6.0L diesels require an aluminum oil filter cap and an aluminum oil fill cap (used for the filtered oil return); both are purchased separately.  Additional fittings and an oil sampling kit are available separately.  AMSOIL synthetic diesel oil is highly recommended.

GM 6.6L DIESEL KIT -- BMK27
Includes the following components: dual filter mount assembly with mounting brackets and hardware, 90 degree JIC fitting, 12 feet of 1/2" I.D. hydraulic hose, 4 inline hose fittings, spin-on adapter for factory oil filter location, full-flow oil filter (EaO26), bypass oil filter (EaBP100).  Total  oil capacity is increased by approximately 3.5 quarts over the factory sump capacity without the factory filter.  Additional fittings and an oil sampling valve are available separately.  AMSOIL synthetic diesel oil is highly recommended.

Includes the following components: single bypass filter mount with hardware, 8 feet of 1/4" I.D. hydraulic hose, 4 inline hose fittings, 90 degree street elbows (qty. 4), one street tee, one straight tee.  Bypass filter element must be purchased separately (EaBP90, EaBP100, or EaBP110).  The 6.6L diesels require the following additional components (purchased separately): aluminum oil filter sandwich adapter, aluminum billet oil filler cap (used for the filtered oil return), two 90 degree JIC elbows.  Additional fittings and an oil sampling kit are available separately.  AMSOIL synthetic diesel oil is highly recommended.

DODGE RAM 5.9L / 6.7L DIESEL KIT -- BMK21
Includes the following components: single bypass filter mount with hardware, 8 feet of 1/4" I.D. hydraulic hose, 4 inline hose fittings, 90 degree street elbows (qty. 4), one street tee, one straight tee.  Bypass filter element must be purchased separately (EaBP90, EaBP100, or EaBP110).  2004 and newer 5.9L diesels require an aluminum billet oil filler cap (used for the filtered oil return) and a 90 degree JIC elbow fitting.  6.7L engines need an aluminum billet oil filler cap (used for the filtered oil return) and a 90 degree JIC elbow fitting.  Both diesel engines require a 1/8" NPT x 1/4" JIC fitting.  All these items as well as others are available separately.  AMSOIL synthetic diesel oil is highly recommended.

GENERAL USE DUAL REMOTE OIL BYPASS UNIT -- BMK23

Combines full-flow and bypass filtration on a single, easy-to-install mount.  All installation parts (including 12 feet of 1/2" I.D. hose) except filter spin-on adapter are included.  Must purchase separately the spin on adapter that matches the filter thread on the vehicle.  For use with AMSOIL EaBP90, EaBP100, or EaBP110 bypass oil filter elements (purchased separately).  Full-flow oil filter must be purchased separately (AMSOIL EaO filter is strongly recommended).  Spin-on adapter BP402M is designed for 2008-Present Chevrolet 1500 & 2500 gas engines.

DUAL-GARD OIL BYPASS SYSTEM -- BMK22

Links two AMSOIL Bypass Filter Elements together for engines with sump capacities greater than 20 quarts.  This product is the dual filter mounting assembly with mounting hardware only.  All other hardware, hoses, fittings, and oil filters must be purchased separately.  For use with EaBP90, EaBP100, or EaBP110 filter elements.

MARINE BYPASS FILTRATION SYSTEM -- BMK18

This system can be used for both inboard and outboard engines in marine applications and offers easily accessible remote mounting capability for a full-flow spin-on oil filter and a spin-on bypass oil filter.  Must purchase separately the spin on adapter that matches the engine's filter thread.

Designed to be used in harsh marine environments.  The hose fittings are coated with a 3 ml layer of Alumiplateā„¢ and 1 ml of zinc and yellow chromate.  This Alumiplate coating is 10 times more corrosion resistant than standard zinc and yellow chromate plated fittings.  Oil operating temperature is reduced, engine wear is virtually eliminated, and oil drain intervals are extended.

HEAVY DUTY BYPASS FILTRATION SYSTEM -- BMK30

For heavy-duty bypass applications.  Included components are the filter mount, mounting hardware, four 13/32" hose fittings, and two 3/8" NPT x 1/2" JIC fittings.  This system is only compatible with the AMSOIL EaBP120 synthetic nanofiber media bypass oil filter.  The filter and 13/32" I.D. hose (part number BP250) must be purchased separately.
